4. Payment and Cancellation

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription with 7 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 14 business days. Delivery scheduled within the cancellation period will not be refunded.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALANCED PLATE DELIVERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures.

We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days. If resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

12. Entire Agreement
